Due to the nature of food products, all olive oil sales are final.
For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on olive oil once it has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Shipping Issues
If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
